We’ve poured foundations through scorching summers, framed walls in freezing winters, and handed over keys to hundreds of happy clients. Now we’re opening a new door: this blog.

How We Got Here

Urban Development Corporation started in 2004 when I decided early retirement from corporate America awakened my entrepreneurial spirit. What began as a small crew operation has grown into a team of skilled professionals, but our approach hasn’t changed: show up on time, do the job right, and treat every project like it’s our own home.

Over the years we’ve completed hundreds of projects, including custom homes, commercial build-outs, and the renovation of a few historic places. We’ve grown, but we’re still local, and we still answer our own phones.

What We Do

• Residential construction: custom homes, additions, and renovations
• Commercial projects: office build-outs, retail spaces, etc.
• Remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home updates
